David Meir

David Meir is a founding partner of Anvers Capital Partners, a leading boutique commercial real estate group within the Peak Commercial family that specializes in the sale of office and medical office buildings throughout the West Coast. He is widely considered one of the premier investment sales brokers in Western United States. With 28 years experience and over $1 billion in closings, Mr. Meir credits his success of consistently creating and promoting enduring relationships by servicing the long term objectives of clients through the highest level of integrity, hard work, strong ethics, and unparalleled, in-depth product knowledge. Goal oriented and tenacious with superior follow through, Mr. Meir approaches each project as if it were his own investment. This approach is what has led to Mr. Meir’s lasting success, and resulted in the creation of repeat business and the development of long-lasting relationships. To date, Mr. Meir has represented investors in both the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate with transaction sizes ranging from $5 million to $100 million dollars, both in individual sales, as well as varying portfolios. Jack Minassian

Jack Minassian is a founding partner of Anvers Capital Partners, a leading boutique commercial real estate group within the Peak Commercial family that specializes in the sale of office and medical office buildings throughout the West Coast. Mr. Minassian has over 11 years experience in commercial real estate, with a career spanning in private equity, finance, and brokerage. Having worked in various roles within the industry, Mr. Minassian’s all-encompassing experience provides clients unparalleled representation, with a 360 degree approach to the investment cycle. Throughout his Career, Mr. Minassian has worked on transactions ranging in size from $5 million to $450,000,000 in size, and has structured, developed, and closed in excess of $1 billion dollars of transactions in multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties. Jack A. Minassian is a graduate of UCLA Anderson’s school of business.

William White

With a proven track record in Sales, William joined the organization’s commercial real estate unit in 2013 as a Call Center Associate and became a fully licensed agent within one year. Starting with multifamily units and development opportunities, he’s broadened his skillset to include 1031 exchange clients and nationwide Triple Net properties while continuing to nurture a lucrative leasing niche in the Los Angeles county market.
